{"id":13227,"date":"2019-06-19T09:45:19","date_gmt":"2019-06-19T09:45:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.onetik.com\/?p=13227"},"modified":"2019-06-19T10:35:05","modified_gmt":"2019-06-19T10:35:05","slug":"onetik-la-fromagerie-du-pays-basque-primee-lors-du-mondial-du-fromage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onetik.com\/fr\/onetik-la-fromagerie-du-pays-basque-primee-lors-du-mondial-du-fromage\/","title":{"rendered":"Onetik, la fromagerie du Pays Basque prim\u00e9e lors du mondial du fromage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le mondial du fromage et des produits laitiers<\/strong>, \u00e9v\u00e9nement rassemblant l\u2019ensemble des acteurs fromagers (avec plus de 14 pays) a eu lieu \u00e0 Tours du 2 au 4 juin dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Cette biennale professionnelle d\u2019envergure internationale est organis\u00e9e avec la collaboration de Rodolphe Le Meunier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France et Meilleur Fromager International 2007, la Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, l\u2019IEHCA (Institut Europ\u00e9en d\u2019Histoire et des Cultures de l\u2019Alimentation) et Profession Fromager.<\/p>\n<p>La fromagerie ONETIK a particip\u00e9 au Concours International des Produits Laitiers dont l\u2019objectif premier est de valoriser le savoir-faire fromager et ses innovations et participer ainsi \u00e0 la reconnaissance de toute une fili\u00e8re d\u2019excellence. Cette comp\u00e9tition est organis\u00e9e sous la houlette de Roland Barth\u00e9lemy et Michel Lef\u00e8vre, v\u00e9ritables ambassadeurs du patrimoine fromager. Pour cette 4e \u00e9dition, plus de 900 fromages et produits laitiers, venus de plus de 20 pays et r\u00e9partis dans 126 cat\u00e9gories, \u00e9taient en lice.<\/p>\n<p>ONETIK, la fromagerie du Pays Basque est donc tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re d\u2019avoir re\u00e7u 5 m\u00e9dailles qui approuvent la qualit\u00e9 de ses produits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
