OUR CRAFT : CHEESE MAKING…ONETIK is specialised in the manufacture and sale of a wide range of cheese from the Pyrenees, with two labelled productions:Ossau-Iraty AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and the Tome Noire des Pyrénées IGP (Protected Geographical Indication)..
The company positions itself on a market of traditional products by developing a qualitative approach rather than targeting large volumes.
The aim of ONETIK is to promote a selective offer based on niche products and centred on the specific request from its clients.
Thanks to its wide range of more than 60 types of cheese, ONETIK offers a variety of tasty delights.
ONETIK has brought back into fashion traditional products which have always been renowned for their quality.
These include:
- The Sheep’s milk cheese with Espelette chilli pepper,,
- the Grand Basque (very high quality cow’s milk cheese tome from the traditions of mountain summer pasture),
- the French Old Mimolette, from the Tradition collection.
ONETIK is also exploring new taste avenues by offering products which stand out:
- the Bleu des Basques (a blue cheese between a Roquefort and an Ossau Iraty),
- the Bleuette (a goat’s milk blue cheese, strong and distinctive flavour),
- but also the from the Pyrenees rubbed with Jurançon wine and the St Paulin.
Nowadays, ONETIK combines modern and traditional skills to adapt its products to the new eating trends.. Maïte, Biquette and Le Crémier are a new set of three fresh cheese products developed from a traditional recipe; whereas diced Mozzarella and the Saveurs Basques are two valuable and essential culinary aids.
