The Saloirs de Lescun have been developing and promoting their unique 40-year experience as dairy farmers from the Aspe Valley, Ossau and Barétous in Bearn.
These products are manufactured with passion from one generation to another by small independent producers. They have been exclusively prepared using unpasteurised milk. This milk is used straight after milking. It undergoes no transformation or treatment and is never heated at temperatures above 40°C.
The preparation of the product takes place twice a day after milking and is always carried out on the farm. Milk is collected from the same herd.
